Ordering
Four steps, and the answers to everything else.
Buying spirits online has a few wrinkles: pricing tiers, payment methods, who can buy at wholesale. Here is the whole of it.
- 1
Sign in, or register
Prices are visible once you have an account. Register as a Member to buy for yourself, or as a Partner if you are buying for a bar, restaurant or retail business.
Partner accounts see wholesale pricing and are approved manually. Allow a working day.
- 2
Fill your cart
Browse the range or search by name, house or origin. Open a bottle to see its age, strength and origin, set a quantity, and add it to your cart.
Stock is held per bottle, not per case. If a bottling shows only a few left, that is the real number.
- 3
Choose where and when
Enter a delivery address and pick the day that suits you from our schedule. We deliver nationwide across the Philippines, Monday to Saturday.
Partners can bill a head office and deliver to a branch. Set both addresses at checkout.
- 4
Pay and confirm
Settle by Bank Deposit or Cash on Delivery, review the summary, and place the order. Your invoice is emailed and kept in your account under Orders & Invoices.
We do not take card payments online.
Questions we get asked
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide, across the Philippines, Monday to Saturday. Delivery is free within Metro Manila on orders over ₱5,000; provincial deliveries are quoted by destination, so talk to us before ordering a large one.
Why can I not see prices?
Pricing is shown to account holders. Members see retail pricing and Partners see wholesale pricing, so the figure on screen is the one you will actually pay.
What is the difference between a Member and a Partner?
A Member is an individual buying for themselves. A Partner is a business, a bar, restaurant or retailer, buying for resale or service. Partners get wholesale pricing, can bill a head office while delivering to a branch, and are invoiced accordingly.
What do I need to register as a Partner?
Your DTI registration and your BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration). The 2303 is the important one: it tells us how your business is registered for tax, which determines how you are invoiced.
Can I pay by card?
No. We accept Bank Deposit and Cash on Delivery. Choose either at checkout.
I withhold tax at source. How does that work?
If your business is VAT-registered you will be withholding on payment. Settle net of the withholding tax as usual, then send us the BIR Form 2307 covering that payment and we will file it against your order.
Where do I find my invoice?
Every order is invoiced to the email on your account and kept under Orders & Invoices, where you can download it at any time.
Do I need to be of legal drinking age?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol, and our couriers may ask for ID on delivery.
Still not sure?
Talk to a person rather than guessing, especially for a large order, a provincial delivery or a business account.
