We buy a bottle at a time. That is the whole of it: no pallet deals, no house brands, no filling a shelf for the sake of it. If something is here, somebody chose it.

Most of what we carry is hard to find locally: independent bottlings, single casks, small-batch agave, and the odd bottle that exists in numbers you can count. The range moves, because it has to. When a cask is finished, it is finished.

We sell to people drinking at home and to the bars and restaurants pouring it. Both get the same bottles; businesses get wholesale pricing and invoicing that works for their accountants.
